Well, I got a big surprise today during Speech class! My orchestra director came and pulled me out of class and asked me if I wanted to move up to the next orchestra. That means I'm in the TOP orchestra for Texas's All-State program! YAY! After calling my mom/dad to confirm, I did say yes. At first I was like, "Oh god... I would have to learn music in two weeks," but after thinking about it... it's my senior year! It's my last year in all-state. Why wouldn't I just take the dive. I wasn't going to ever get this chance again so why not? It's not like I was guaranteed 1st chair if I stayed in the next orchestra *nod nod* For those of you who don't remember, I will be disappearing off the face of the planet on the second week of February for this. But yes I'm so excited!

I have still yet to finish Persona 4. I think I'm getting really close but between competitions, homework, and college stuff, I haven't had any time to just sit down and play some more Persona. I hope I get the chance to continue soon.

It still hasn't sunk in that I'm graduating this year. I mean, we had a "senior meeting" where we were given graduation packages and stuff, but it's still kind of surreal that I'll be graduating in 18 weeks. No colleges besides UT Austin have replied since I did Regular Action for all of them, but I have gotten all my application trackers and everything seems to be sent. Cross your fingers for me please! I want to get into a good university~
